IMplants

Implants are a superior way to replace missing teeth, in one area or the whole mouth. Implant technology has been used for many years and is better than dentures or partials for chewing and appearance. Implants help maintain bone in areas where teeth are missing.

Single implants

If you’ve lost a tooth, an implant is a superior tooth replacement option that works similar to one of your natural teeth. In consultation with Dr. Turner, a periodontist surgically places an implant in your jaw. After healing time, Dr. Turner places an abutment that connects the implant body to the implant crown that you see above the gumline. The final restoration looks and functions similar to a natural tooth.

Full mouth implants

If you have few or no teeth remaining, a full mouth implant set can give you back your smile and your chewing ability. The All-On- 4® method allows a series of 4-6 implants (per arch) to support a permanently placed prosthetic. The implants keep the prosthetic stable and preserve bone.

If you’re considering implants, please ask Dr. Turner about what options may be best for you. We hope we can make you smile!
